I have found several articles that are quite disturbing. First I want to say that I have nothing against Christianity, and I respect their beliefs. For what I know of Christians are decent people. But this new movement--actually it is old, but it has risen to dire levels. Dominionism is a fundemental belief that God's law applies everywhere , and those who don't accept are punished by old moseic laws. They believe that they are called to take over America, overthrowing our Constitution, and establishing a theocractic government. How they do it is quietly by taking up positions in Congress, Senate, Courts, etc. They will start of by what it's called "Faith Based Initiatives," that little by little they will try to get legislatures to ratify laws, like prohibiting abortion, homosexual marriages, and posting biblical references.
Dominionist, like Pat Robertson, are sick bastards that want to take away our civil liberties, and replace a strict rule. These dominionist ignore everything that Jesus taught, and only listen to what 'they' think is right, and they interpret what Jesus said. Most of what they think is right, is pretty crual to human nature.
Read both of these articles. There are more on the net. Although be aware that this might not be true, and just a farse to scare people. And I can't say if these sources are backed up; I don't really believe them, but I figured that it is something good to look at and post on my blog:-)
